Data Processing & Data Protection Information
Last updated: June 21, 2026
This page describes how Velvra Intelligence processes and protects data in connection with the automation systems we design and deploy on behalf of clients.
Roles
When delivering automation services, Velvra Intelligence may act as a data processor on behalf of clients (who act as data controllers of their own customer data), and as a data controller for information collected directly through our own website and marketing.
Categories of Data Processed
- Contact and identification information
- Communication records (email, SMS, chat)
- CRM and pipeline data
- Scheduling and appointment data
- Operational and performance metrics
Security Measures
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and integration with reputable third-party platforms.
Data Processing Agreements
Clients requiring a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for regulatory compliance may request one as part of their service engagement.
International Transfers
Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws.
